Services
We offer short-term rental of fully furnished apartments and holiday homes to expatriates, tourists, and nonresident Sri Lankans. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our official website or approved partner platforms. Full or partial payment (as specified) is required to confirm your reservation. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as shown on our site.
Check-in / Check-out
Standard check-in: 14.00 Hrs (02.00 pm)
Standard check-out: 12.00 Hrs (12.00 pm)
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests must:
Treat the property and its contents with respect.
Adhere to house rules provided before or upon check-in.
Avoid causing disturbance to neighbours or other guests.
Damages and Security Deposits
You may be required to pay a security deposit. Any damage to the property or its contents may result in a deduction from this deposit or additional charges.
We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the property, including but not limited to personal injury, theft, or force majeure events.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
