No refunds will be issued for early check-outs or unused nights once the stay has commenced.
In the rare case that we must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance issues, double booking, force majeure), we will:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies. However, we may offer credit toward a future booking at our discretion.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
It may take 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If a special rate or promotional offer explicitly states that the booking is non-refundable, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
